Calculate measure that does not equal

Hi I'm trying to calculates Fee where it is not a certain person and not on a certain date

Measure = CALCULATE(SUM(Query1[Billed Fees]),FILTER(Query1,Query1[WFE]<>"Karrie" ||Query1[Work Date]<>"12/29/2021"))

Try this:

Measure =
CALCULATE (
    SUM ( Query1[Billed Fees] ),
    FILTER (
        Query1,
        Query1[WFE] <> "Karrie"
            && Query1[Work Date] <> DATE ( 2021, 12, 29 )
    )
)
