Calculate increase % of salary

I have compensation table that contain column like employeeid, date, salary. I wanna see how much %  increase it was if an employee had salary increase compare to previous. Some employee may have only one record of salary some may have 2 or more records depending if they got increase.

I have tried different ways but can get it. someone please?

I made these 3 measure:

Salary = Sum(compensation[Salary])

Prior =
Calculate(Sum(compensation[salary]), OFFSET ( -1,allselected(compensation[EmployeeID],compensation[Date]), orderby(compensation[Date]), ,partitionBy(compensation[EmployeeID])))

Change % = divide([Salary]- [Prior], [Prior])
