You could create a date slicer to select your goal date. Then use the following measure to calculate the result:
Measure =
VAR a =
DATEDIFF ( TODAY (), SELECTEDVALUE ( 'DateTable'[Date] ), MONTH )
VAR b =
SUM ( 'Table'[Your current column] )
RETURN
b * POWER ( 1.02, a )
If you selected 2020-01, the result will be [Noverber]*1.02^2.
