Hi guys,
a report in dev is working 100%
as soon as i publish it and view it from the webservice, some visuals dont work.
I edited the report here and any visual using custom formulas was breaking.
I removed the formulars and the visual worked.
Any idea why?
I agree with @parry2k but let me add something that can be the cause: The version of your Power bi desktop is not up-to-date. Know that Power service is always Up-to-date and there is a new version for the desktop that comes out every month.
Maybe you want to update your desktop

Hi guys, not sure how I can exolain it better?
I did some more digging and hopefully you guys know whats happening
in the dev, a visual using a measure:
Hi @IanCockcroft ,
Sorry for that we create a same measure like yours and publish it to Service, it works fine.
Maybe you can try DIVIDE function not use "/",
Measure = DIVIDE(DISTINCTCOUNT(RMB_CheckIn_Data[employee_id]), COUNT(RMB_Employee_Details[employee_id]))
If it doesn't work, maybe you can try to delete the card visual in Power BI Desktop and create it in Power BI service.
If you have any question, please kindly ask here and we will try to resolve it.
