Broken relationship in Power BI based on SQL joins

Hi all,

 

I need to match a report from SQL to Power BI and I have the joins from SQL as below but when I join on the same keys in Power BI I get broken relationship. 

 

Can you advise any help here?

@adoalan , Column is npf_donor hope that is donor in power bi, relationship seems fine if column is correct
