Hello,
I have a series of data that streches from one year to another. The Axis date-measure used is what i call "YearWeek" and it is simply YYYYWW (201729) for example. When I have visualization between 2 years a big gap is created and I have no clue how to get rid of this. Please help!
Have a great day
CJ
@CJMolin are you using a date table?

@CJMolin so you saying you dont want to see the gap in time? even though there is missing data? i mean what are you expecting because you using time analyis it will look over time. if you not wanting to see the timeline what do you want to see?

I dont want to see the gap in time no. There are missing data because there are no other weeks than 52 (sometimes 53) and then the year starts over with a new year, and week 1. So why is there a gap?
I want to see the timeline, but since 201701 is the next week after 201652 I take for granted that those should be stacked in line, not with a gap between @vanessafvg
@CJMolin sorry my bad, reading too fast.
i think the answer must be in the settings
there should be a setting that switches between continious and log in the visuals settings, see if using that makes any difference
otherwise if you can share the pbix that might be best.
otherwise it must be data related?

no worries 🙂
How do i access the "visual settings"? maybe a stupid question but i cant find that "continous or log" option.. @vanessafvg
where you place your fields, next one on is the paint brush

@CJMolin can you share your pbix, you can send it to me in private if you want and i can have a look at it?

Its a pretty big data model, about 100mb of business data.. The YearWeek column is a whole number.. but that should matter because it should even though order from 1-n
