Big amount of accounts permission

Hey all,
I want to give an access to the view (without the possibility of making any changes) to about 100 users in the other organization, at different security levels (a department manager will only see data of his department, sales director will see all sales departments ...).
How can this be done? And is this a free option or we'll need a Pro users?

Hi,

Share the reports though App (Publish to App from the workspace) to the users. So users will have only read-only access. Also, enable RLS( Row Level Security) to restrict users to see only relevant data.

second, is the users have to be pro users or may they be free users?

And is this means that I'll need only 1 user that cost 10$(pro user) and i'll be able to to this?

Hi,

We can share reports only with other pro users or premium users. Yes, pro user costs $10 per user approximately.
