Best Type of Charts to display the achieved, the target and the difference between

Hello,

Could you please answer the following: I would like to visualise the Achieve, the Target and the Difference between them -- So I suggested to my client a bullet chart, hence, he would like to use donut chart in order to visualise the 3 measures colored in a correct way -- Target = Blue, Below = Red, Passed the target = Green.

Any suggestions on the best chart to display?

I think you are right. As you have multiple things to show like achieve, target, Actual etc. Bullet chart will serve it better

Actually she doesn't want the bars format for charts --- looking for something circular much more like Gauge or donuts...

Any other suggestions?
