Bar Graph with Last Year, Month, YTD in X-axis

I would like to know if is possible to get in 1 bar graph for example 2016, months and the last bar YTD (Acum).

Yes, but you might need to create a calculated table to union the values of X-axis.

Ok, but in that case Will I lose the option of drill down the months (Quarter, weeks) ?

You can still use it by adding calculated columns to construct the hierarchy.
