BI Dashboard is not loading on mobile devices

I have created a BI Dashboard with images saved on SharePoint online. The issue is the Dashboard works fine in PowerBI Service, but if the user tries to view the dashboard on a mobile device, the images do not populate and they receive an error message. Any idea what the issue might be? Has anyone had the same problem? Screenshot of the error message and Dashboard on the mobile device below.

This is the error I receive. I am the dashboard owner and SharePoint owner, so there isn't an issue with my permissions. Also this error doesn't make sense that the dashboard works in PowerBI service. I've logged in/out and uninstalled/re-installed the app and still received the same error. I'm wondering if it is a MS bug?

It seems that the issue is related to permission. 

you can try this:

(2) solution2: put images on an external site and accessing them that way
