BASIC QUESTION | Last string in table

Hello, I hope you well 

 

I have a union table with multiple peaples and in these tables have differents data for the same person. I need to get the last  information in X colunm in another column. I tried to use Lookup but return an error because have a multiples peaples, how I can do it?
