Avoid filter to apply measure

The 'rolling avg' is changed when the filter (Ex Date) is applied.

How do I keep the rolling avg value when it was filter to last 12 months or last 9 months.

12 Month Avg = CALCULATE(AverageX(Values('Date'[MONTH Year]),calculate(Sum('Table'[Value)))
,DATESINPERIOD('Date'[Date ],MAX('Date'[Date ]),-12,MONTH))
