Ask your Data vs Q&A

Hello All,

Lately I have started using Q&A feature with some pre-defined Q&A report pages which could be found in Q&A suggested questions. 

 

I want to know more about difference between 'Ask your Data' and 'Q&A' by button click action. 

 

I created a suggested qustion in Q&A which displays when user open Q&A form on button click. (as shown below)

Here user can query data and even use my pre-defiend questions - BUT cannot use the result as a visual.

There is another way of opening Q&A - which is 'Ask your data' (as shown below)

When I try this feature, I don't see my pre-defined Question here like above. I need to use those predefined charts from Q&A and let user use them as visual fo their report.

 

Whey these 2 functionalities are different and whats main purpose for them?

"Ask A Question" feature is used to create visualization quickly, so the feature is designed for report creators.

You can refer to the Official documents.

Q&A 

"Q&A button" is used to let readers of the report ask questions about the data, so the feature is designed for report readers.
