If you are looking for a centralized place where you can view and analyze data related to total turnover, number of sales, number of products, and other metrics, you may want to consider using a business intelligence (BI) tool that can connect to your CRM system and aggregate data from different sources.
There are many BI tools available in the market, ranging from simple reporting solutions to more advanced analytics platforms. Some popular options include Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, and Looker, among others. These tools can help you create customized reports, dashboards, and visualizations based on the data stored in your CRM system and other sources.
To use a BI tool with your CRM system, you will need to set up a data connection between the two systems. Most BI tools support integration with popular CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, and Oracle CRM. Once you have set up the connection, you can use the BI tool to query data from your CRM system and create visualizations based on that data.
In addition to BI tools, many CRM systems also offer built-in reporting and analytics features that can help you track key metrics and generate reports. For example, Microsoft Dynamics 365 includes a set of pre-built dashboards and reports that provide insights into sales performance, customer engagement, and other key areas. Other CRM systems such as Salesforce and Zoho CRM also offer similar reporting and analytics capabilities.
Overall, the best approach will depend on your specific business needs and IT capabilities. You may want to work with a CRM consultant or implementation specialist who can help you evaluate different options and develop a reporting and analytics strategy that meets your needs.
