ArcGIS Map single country

Hello Community

I tried to use ArcGIS to see the residence of coworkers.

In the source excel i have the country, city and zip code.

ArcGIS don't show anything, no matter what of these informations i pull i tho the location bucket.

Also the option to reduce it from many countrys to just one don't work and i have no idea why. All the locations are in switzerland.

The categorization of the information ist correkt (zip, city, country) and i also checked the settings if ArcGIS is enabled.

I have the subjective feeling that ArcGIS has lost quality since the change of the subscription model.

Happy for any hint, thank you and regards

Robin

Hi @RobinH ,

Here I have some suggestions to you.

1. You could clean out your cache and try again.

2. Make sure your zip code is correct. You can try to add these parameters into bing map and have a try.

3. You can try to add Latitude and Longitude in your  ArcGIS and have a try.

Here is the offical blog, I hope it could help you.

Best Regards,
Rico Zhou

Hi @v-rzhou-msft

Thank you for the hints.

Tried reinstall PowerBi from the MS Store today as well but without a solution.

Did this short clip: https://1drv.ms/v/s!AhAHMdCrj8gdgrJRZduxZWTtnL96Hw?e=wv4UEI

Cleaned the cache and tried it with the zip and the town without success.

What surprises me is that a change from several countries to only one does not work and that nothing at all is displayed on the map.

Regards

Robin
