I am not able to find Analyze options in new power bi UI which comes in Format page. I want to add constant line in my bar chart. kinldy help from where I can find it.

I would like to acknowledge the valuable input provided by parry2k . His initial ideas were instrumental in guiding my approach. However, I noticed that further details were needed to fully understand the issue.
In my investigation, I took the following steps:
Mentioned in the official documentation:
Analytics features were on their own tab in the Visualizations pane. With the removal of the Visualizations pane, we've added the analytics features to the Format pane as elements to add to your visual.

The updated Format and Visualizations panes in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
If you find the new UI interface inconvenient, you can turn off this option through the following settings.
File>>Options and settings>>Options
Turn off this option and restart Power BI Desktop to return to the old UI interface.

I did not found new UI convenient to use so just switched off as you guided.

@bhuprakashs I think the analyze options are now part of the visual tab
