All rows disappeared when viewing query errors in Power query editor

I must have clicked something accidentally, when I using query editor to view errors, all the rows are gone, and only the yellow error message are shown. Most of the functions in the ribbon are grey out. I anticipated to see rows illustrated in the 2nd screenshot. How to I retrive these?

This likely be a easy fix, however I did not find an answer on the forum. Likly I did not search by the correct keywords, but please lend a hand, I am new to power BI.

Many thanks in advanced!

Vivian

In your applied steps on the right, just hit the X next to 'Empl ID'.
When you click that error link, it applies it as a step to your data and just needs to be undone to get back to your data.

Thank you so much for the help! Now I see what is going on.
