Adding new column or lookupvalue?

Hi Everyone,

I am working on my very first power bi report and I am stucked, wonder if anyone could please help me!

I am building a report to show compliance rate trend.

I have 2 sets of data table:

Table 1:  Previous weeks' data,(this is a plain data table) showing compliance rate by manager by week.

Table 2.: New week's data, showing compliance status for each employee under 10 managers , assume total employee number is 100. The data is all text. I have created a measure to calculate the compliance rate using counta, and I am able to get compliance rate by manager for the new week.

Now I want to combine my new week's compliance rate to previous weeks' data as a new column so the report would look like:

Manager Name,  Week 14,   Week 13, Week 12, .......

Manager A,  86%, 90%, 85%...

Manager B,  88%, 87%, 90%...

Manager C,  99%, 89%, 85%...

I was trying to use lookupvalue function, but my problem is the data in Table 2 is not calculated, it just shows "compliant" or "not compliant" instead of compliance rate.

My approach might be wrong... any help is appreciated!

Thank you very much in advance.
