3 options in page level filter

Hi I want to filter out City A,B,C from my page. But page level filter only gives to option A and B. Actually I want 3 options- "A and B and C" in page level filter. How to get 3 filtering option in page level filter so that I can filter out all 3 values. Thanks

If the option to filter out City C isn't present then it's either not in the data set or being filtered out before hand. Clear all filters and then set your page filters. Hope that helps! Also screenshots are often helpful when diagnosing problems.
