This jitter hack is a near replica of a report created in Tableau. It is part of my Power BI training where I focus on using the base vizes in the package and DAX. Thanks to Rob Collie and his blog post : https://powerpivotpro.com/2017/11/jittered-scatter-charts-power-bi-via-dax-power-query/
The main advantage Power BI had over Tableau in this plot was the pivot power. I used a web connect to data.world for the data in both platforms. In Tableau that precludes pivoting but in Power BI pivot power remains. That made it easier to add the table of descriptions.
My biggest wish for Power BI is to adjust the transparency circles - I think it would make the viz more impactful. In addition, it would be nice if it there was a 1 step option to export an image of the chart - as is I create a power point, open power point, save as picture the dashboard. Fewer steps to create custom colors from an existing reference, and an automatic way to annotate would help too. As a result the pbi chart had more than its share of fussy hand work compared to the Tableau version.
