metrics for table

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help me; even if it's just to point me in the direction of how/where you would accomplish this!

Current table is pulling all information from "inventory" relationship.

The only calculated field is "Item Current Status (Simplified)" which is below

My challenge is that it returns last "DT" "Asset" was associated with. I would like to say if "Item Current Status (Simplified)" states "Available" then return N/A for "Customer" and "DT". This seems simple but I can't figure it out. Would appreciate any help please. Thank you in advance.

I haven't understand what you post, if possible, could you please provide more raw data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples? It would be helpful to find out the solution.
