how to convert Spotfire Over function in Power bi Dax

I have this forumla in Spotfire, Min(if([section]="red" and [category]="high",[depth])) over ([area],[block]). How can I write Dax for this in Power Bi?

Thanks for the reply from @lbendlin .

 

Min(if([section]=”red“ and [category]=”high“,[depth])) over ([area],[block])” seems to calculate the minimum depth for records whose section is “red” and category is “high”, and group them by area and block.

 

Replace it with the syntax of DAX measure:

MinDepth = 
CALCULATE(
    MIN(Table[depth]),
    FILTER(
        Table,
        Table[section] = "red" && Table[category] = "high"
    ),
    ALLEXCEPT(Table, Table[area], Table[block])
)
