To translate the Tableau function into Power BI DAX, you can use the function with to achieve a similar result. Here's an example DAX expression:
Window_Avg_Max_Distancia = CALCULATE(MAX('Table'[TravelDist_km]), ALLEXCEPT('Table', 'Table'[Trayecto]))
