Hello,
I have a sales table here with three columns:
Transaction Date | Sale Date | Quantity
12/31/2020 | 01/03/2021 | 10
12/29/2020 | 12/30/2020 | 5
01/04/2021 | 01/05/2021 | 5
01/20/2021 | 02/01/2021 | 10 |
I also have a date table with the following relationships, one is active where the other is inactive:
Date Table Sales Table
[Date]1:*[Transaction Date]
Date Table Sales Table
[Date]1:*[Sale Date] (INACTIVE)
How do I write a measure that will only sum the quantities where the Transaction Date (MONTH) is not equal to the Sale Date (MONTH)?
I want the result to look like this:
Transaction Month | Sale Date | Quantity
December | 01/03/2021 | 10
January | 02/01/2021 | 10 |
Thank you so much in advance for your help.

@l0ganBI , This will give you the data , but this will be filtered by Transaction date if you have used any date slicer
calculate(sum(Table[Quantity]), filter(Table, eomonth([Transaction Date],0) <>eomonth([Sale Date],0)))
