Need help with Default Filtering on Multiple Columns

Hi, need some help with deffault filtering. I have table, and what i want is to filter a specific variable from each column and then use it to display the result in a "card". the users will be able to use the slicer to filter through the data, and if they hit the reset button, it will again default back to the filtered results.

the table looks like this:

What i want is to measure the No. of Participants by displaying the default value when
     State="ALL", District="ALL", DisabilityGroup="ALL", AgeRange="ALL", SuppClass="ALL"

This will be default card value. The users will have the option to use the slicer and disect the results by whatever way they want.

Is it possible? How can i do it?

I am new to PowerBI and would love  a detailed explanation on how to solve this.

Thanks.
Asif

i was hoping to get a solution using Dax. is there? or is bookmark the only option i got?

Hi @AsifAnwar ,

By my test, can't achieve it by DAX, as the selected value in slicer does not change unless reselected.

I'm afraid you can only get it by bookmark.
