Please try the following methods and check if they can solve your problem:
1.Create the simple table.
2.Create the new measure to calculate average.
Average Sales =
var T = SUM('Table'[Sales])
RETURN
IF (
ISINSCOPE ('Table'[week]),
T,
T/4)
3.Drag the measure into the matrix values.
4.Edit the Column subtotal label.
5.The result is shown below.
