Lag a column by dates

Hi,

I'm trying to identify overlapped rows taking the finish time of the row above and comparing it with the start time of the row below. So, in example, if the first row's finish time is earlier that the second's start time it's overlapped. For that I'm trying to lag the finish time. Any ideas on how to do this lagging?

I'm fairly new to power bi, so I'm sure there's an easy way to do this, I'm just too new to know it.

Power BI has no such concept as "row above". You need to bring your own sort order, and ideally an index column.

Please provide sanitized sample data that fully covers your issue. If you paste the data into a table in your post or use one of the file services it will be easier to assist you. I cannot use screenshots of your source data.
