Filter values at Aggregated Level

i am looking to filter values from my matrix . I have message that gives percenrage of Markup .. But i want to filter the Percentage at Customer level .. I need helpwith Dax to Filter where sub total at customer level less then certain percentage .. 

Any help would be appreciated.
