Displaying Two values in the same visual

I have two distinctcount measures which I'd like to display in the same visual.

 

For example, if the value of the first calculated measure equates to 27 and the second is 73, I would like it show in the visual as "27/73 Clients." Is this possible?

It is.  I created 2 measures, one equal to 27 and the other 73. Created a third to concatenate the results.
