DATEDIFF

Hello,

In the table there is column A with the start date and column B with the end date. When creating a measure in dax starting with DATEDIFF to find the difference between dates, these do not appear to be included in the formula. What can it be?

DATEDIF = DATEDIFF(Tabela[Date1], Tabela[Date2], DAY)

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi,

One of ways to achieve this is using SELECTEDVALUE DAX function.
Please check the below picture and the attached pbix file.

Also, link down below is very helpful.

expected result measure: =
DATEDIFF ( SELECTEDVALUE ( Data[Date1] ), SELECTEDVALUE ( Data[Date2] ), DAY )

the code for calculated column is fine, but would be an issue for a measure.

could you show how the measure is presented?
