Calculate percentage above specific amount

Hello, 

 

I need a formula to calculate the percentage above 15 seconds in this column. Thanks in advance!

try to write a measure like this:

Pct  =
VAR _count = 
COUNTROWS(
    FILTER(TableName, TableName[Agent Answer Time]>=15)
)
VAR _countall =COUNTROWS(ALL(TableName[Agent Answer Time]))
RETURN
DIVIDE(_count, _countall)
