Hey, together!
I'm trying to create a hierarchy from my Item Master. Unfortunately, a calculated column can not be assigned to the hierarchy. I think it depends on the type of function / formula.
This is as follows:
= SWITCH ( TRUE (); 'Item Master'[AX] IN { "Y10"; "X10"; "Y11"; "X11" }; "B1"; 'Item Master'[AX] IN { "X20"; "Y20"; "X21"; "Y21"; "X22"; "Y22" }; "B2"; 'Item Master'[AX] IN { "X31"; "X32"; "X33"; "X34"; "X35" }; "B3"; 'Item Master'[AX] IN { "X38"; "X09" }; "B0" )
I use this function to create a higher level.
Why can not I assign them to the hierarchy? Are there better / alternative functions?
Best Regards
Joshua
Can you add the column in the data source, or bring the data in a query and add the column in the query ?
