Average Age for Male and Female for active employees

I am unable to add filter condition to calculate the avergae age for Male Employee (Active employee) in Visual Card

I have [Gender}, [Age], [Joing Date] and [Left Date] in table 'Sheet1'

and

[Date] in table 'FY'

Male Avg Age = CALCULATE(AVERAGE('Sheet1'[Age]),
FILTER(VALUES('Sheet1'[Joining Date]),'Sheet1'[Joining Date] <= MAX('FY'[Date])),
FILTER(VALUES('Sheet1'[Left Date]),OR ('Sheet1'[Left Date] > MAX('FY'[Date]),
ISBLANK(('Sheet1'[Left Date])))))
