Tooltips with values from a column that correspond with minimum values from other columns

Hi,

I am going to add a table to explain it:

If I have this table, I am adding a visual showing the min values for RF1 and RF2. 

Description	RF1	RF2
LC1	1	3
LC2	2	2
LC3	3	1
LC4	4	2

I would like to add in the tooltip the Description corresponding to the minimum values, that would be LC1 for RF1 and LC3 for RF2.

I would need also these tooltip values change in case we apply a filter to the data.

Any idea of how to do that? I am quite new on this.

Table and Matrix visuals do not support custom tooltips. If this is important to you please consider voting for an existing idea or raising a new one at https://ideas.powerbi.com
