Graph of lines between month and hour

Hello

I have a table where I want to see the documents entered according to their exact time. The database has a now () columa to which you drag into a new column only the time (and recognizes it as Time format). On the other hand I have the months of this income.

I would like to be able to make some kind of graph of lines, points (such as the scattering), but between Month vs Hour (x, y respectively), and q in the values to be calculated just go making a continuous line q counting or showing each data.

Is this possible to perform? Something like xD?
