Extraer texto entre comillas

Hola a todos, estoy tratando de averiguar cómo extraer el texto que está encerrado dentro de ciertos caracteres. Específicamente, me gustaría extraer el nombre. Gracias por su ayuda.

En Power Query, puede ir a Transformar > extraer > texto entre delimitadores.
Si necesita hacerlo en DAX, pruebe:

Text Between Quotes = 
var startIndex = SEARCH("""", [columnName]) // find the index of the first quote character
var endIndex = SEARCH("""", [columnName], startIndex) // find the index of the next quote character (starting from the startIndex)

return MID([columnName], startIndex, endIndex)

(No he probado el código, por lo que tendrá que hacer algunos ajustes. Esperemos que te hagas una idea)
