unable to connect to Dynamics CRM 365

Hey Guys,

I am trying to connect to dynamics crm 365 but it gives me the following error:

We couldn't import data from Sales Analytics for Dynamics 365

There was an error when processing the data in the dataset.

Can anyone please help me with this error. I am using trial version of crm 365 and power bi is also a trial version.

Hi @sumit_ruhela,

Power BI only supports Dynamics CRM 2016 endpoints. The connection will not work with earlier versions of CRM Online. Please see the requirements in this blog, and verify your environment meets this requirement. Then try the solution posted in the following thread, and check if it works fine.

Well,

I retried opening the web api by changing the CRM version to 8.1. Currently, it is dynamics 365 9.0 version. So by changing the version, it worked correctly.
