Hi @powerbiexpert22 ,
Thanks @3CloudThomas for sharing, I have some additions here.
1. You can set up email subscriptions for paginated reports for yourself and others in the Power BI service. Generally, the process is the same as subscribing to reports and dashboards in the Power BI service. Paginated report subscriptions in Power BI service are similar to email standard subscriptions in Power BI Report Server and SQL Server Reporting Services. When you set up your subscription, you can choose how often you want to receive emails: daily, weekly, or hourly. Subscribe to a PDF attachment containing the entire report output.
2. Subscribing to others requires a paid license (Pro or PPU). The Power BI administrator must enable the subscription in the tenant. Additionally, the relevant tenant switches must be enabled.
For more information, please refer to the document: Email subscriptions for reports and dashboards in the Power BI service - Power BI | Microsoft Learn.
3. You can see all the options now because you are trying Microsoft Fabric, which can create a workspace that supports Fabric functions. For more details, please refer to the document: Types of licenses for Power BI business users - Power BI | Microsoft Learn.
If your Current Period does not refer to this, please clarify in a follow-up reply.
Best Regards,
Clara Gong

Yes, you need a Premium or Fabric capacity to be able to export to pdf or other formats. Pro license is not enough.
