report is just blank when viewing in service after publishing

Hi,

I currently don't have powerbi pro

When I publish my report (to 'my workspace') to service it's not displaying anything, the report is there but when I open it the page is just whitespace (and the page tabs aren't displaying). The tables are displaying ok when I go to edit the blank report in service

The report does contain custom visuals I downloaded from the marketplace.

Any ideas?

Does it load slowly due to network, or it always shows blank?

Which custom visual you used?

And I will try to reproduce your issue.

HI,

I'm not sure what caused this or how to replicate it. When I came to open my pbix desktop files the next day everything was gone (visuals and pages) but fortunately not the model.
