"This content isn't available. Learn more about Power BI." when viewing dashboard in power apps

HI have a number of power bi dahsobards emebed into power apps

they have been working fine for many months 

today i get the message "This content isn't available. Learn more about Power BI." 

this occurs in all my power apps (approx 10)

I am the creator of both the powerapps and the power bi dashbards

this occurs both in veiw and edit mode

this seems to occur in chrome 

other users are reporting they can view the reports ok 

please help

When I run into issues that only happen in specific browsers or browser sessions, the first thing that comes to mind is cookies. What happens in Chrome in an incognito window?

Thank you. Tried clearing cashe and going incognito, neither resolved the issue
