issue with the drillthrough feature in the service

Hi – I’m hoping someone can help.

I am having an issue with the drillthrough feature in the service.

I have created a report and within one of my table I have a Field customer name (Used to control, the drill through) and various other fields and measures.

The issue I get is that when I used the drill through feature to navigate to a hidden report I keep on getting the following error message

“The query result is too large. Consider removing unused columns, adding visual filters, or reducing the number of string type columns”

I believe this could have something to do with the security because it was working before It.

To explain the Security Model:

I have a Security Table that is connected to my fact table using a unique key. Within the Manage Roles Section I have created a Security Role [Username] = Username ()

(Username = Employee Email Address)

The Security works perfectly on all the other reports I have created and when I try to replicate the issue within the desktop posing as a user I don’t get the error message.

Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

Thanks,

Boycie92
