grant access to front-end report

I have create a front-end power bi report, the data set refers to another data model (i.e., a different power bi report).

Now I want to give users access to the front end model, do I have to grant them access to back-end power bi report/data model?

I think I have to give them access to both reports, otherwise, users won't see any visuals in the front-end report. Is that correct?

Hi @Jeanxyz

What you would need to do is to give access to the front end report.

And then give the build permissions to the dataset in the different Power bi report.
