Why does "Export > Powerpoint > Imbed an Image" add ~20 pixels of whitespace to the bottom?

This is incredibly frustrating. Does anybody know of a solution/setting to not have the exported image add whitespace?
My canvas setting are 16:9 in PBI, the same as a Powerpoint Slide. The exported image always comes out as 7.5" x 13.15" rather than 7.5 x 13.33" and has this added whitespace at the bottom.
