What are the impact of switching a Premium Dataset back to a Smaller Dataset?

Hi, 

In an effort to download our PBIX file that is currently stored in a Premium Workspace as a large dataset, we are looking at reverting the storage mode to a Small Dataset. 

Will the change allow us to download the PBIX file and are there any negative impacts (apart from reduced report performance)?

after disabling large dataste you dataset can not go beyond default limit of 10 GB in size

You can again switch back the storage format to large dataset after downloading, also Microsoft mentioned that they are working to make datset with large storage downloadable in future
