This one has me stumped. I single user that is reporting an issue where randomly (but most every time she has the report open), the visuals go blank, she refreshes the page, and then BI tells her to request access to the report. She waits 5 minutes, goes back in, and everything is fine.
This is getting to the point where she's stopped using the report as much as it's so frustrating for her, and I can't find another instance of this anywhere. Other reports for her are fine, and she's the only one reporting this.
Does anyone have any ideas? I've removed her from the report and readded her, tried making another RLS role just for her, different browser...all that stuff. She says it's still going on. Appreciate the help!
