Visual filter issue in App

Hi All,

I am facing a problem taht I would like to submit.

I have created a report in PBI Desktop. The Report has been published to PBI Service and I finally created an App which is basically the entire report published in PBI Service. The problem is that on one specifi page I have applied a filter on one visual (cf. lead time segment). It works fine between Desktop and Service but the same filter seems to be removed when I go to the App. How is that possible? Have you ever seen that before? Is there a way to fix it? Should I open a ticket to report the issue?

Here are 3 pictures to illustrate:

The first one from PBI Desktop where you can see the filter applied on the visual. The second one which corresponds to the PBI service (no problem) and the last one which is not aligned with the previous two (on the left side of the visual an additionnal segment appears (31.6%) and it should be hidden (filtered)).

Hi @V-lianl-msft ,

I finally solved the problem by using the "Reset to default" button, as simple as that.

Maybe this is because of the bookmark that I created earlier.

I will update it to make sure it does not happen again.

Thanks for your support

Hi @Arnault_ ,

Please check if bookmarks are used in the report when publishing.
It is also possible that the corresponding field is invalid. Please try to publish it with a different name and use it.

Best Regards,
Liang
