The credentials provided for the PowerBI source are invalid

Hi guys,

This is driving me crazy. I have a dataflow ('Team') that got stuck in refresh for 8 hours; I cancelled it and it seems to work just fine.

However, all datasets connected to it fail to update!

The error online says 'The credentials provided for the PowerBI source are invalid. (Source at PowerBI.). The exception was raised by the IDataReader interface. Please review the error message and provider documentation for further information and corrective action. Table: Team.

The error in the desktop version just says that 'we couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided'. When I try again, it does sign me in, but freezes when I click on 'Connect'.

Please help.

Thanks,
Alice

I experienced the same thing this morning, no fix for this still. No matter how many time I keep enter my credential, authenticated, the next Transforming step in Power BI Service dataflow pop up asked me to input credential again and again and again.
