I want to show the values by month by measures or columns

Based on your sample data, I created a sample under DQ mode, then
1. create a new table
Newtable = SUMMARIZE('Table',[FECHA],[valor],"month",FORMAT([FECHA],"mmm"))
2. put it into table visual

Month = FORMAT([FECHA],"mmmm")
