Hi - I've started to get this message for one of my reports when trying to pin a card to the dashboard.  Please can anyone advise what I should be checking for.  It was working fine last week.

that does sound a bit strange.

You could check the Power BI issues forum. And if it is not there, you could post your issue there.

If you have a Pro account you could open a (free) support ticket. Go to the support page to file a support ticket.

Thanks.  I did raise a support call but subsequently found that refreshing the report in desktop and re-publishing to the service having removed the old version worked.  Appeared to be a conflict in changes / data source that affected the pinning even though the reports were fine.  Not sure of the precise link here but it resolved the issue.
