Some graphs not rendered on email received via dashboard subscription

Hello,

We have a daily dashboard subscription wherein since Monday, some of the graphs are not completely rendered upon receiving the email. See attached pic, notice the graphs has the loading icon on the graph name ("Active").

This was working fine since January 1st. In fact, this 2024 report/dashboard is a copy of the 2023 report/dashboard and was working well up till Sunday.

Exporting the report to pdf (using the web app) takes time, but the result has all the graphs rendered.
Also, creating a new subscription didn't work.

How can we ensure that all the graphs are rendered before the email gets sent out? Is there some sort of timer that can be adjusted?

Hi @jcecogo

I have noticed that this happens from time to time, and typically it is caused by a bug in the power BI service. This typically resolves itself in a day or two. If it is still ongoing, I would suggest logging a support ticket.
